About us

The Glass Rooster Cannery is a teaching farm and licensed kitchen specializing in food preservation, gardening and cooking classes. Join us for cooking events, private parties, and team building or let us cater with seasonal fare. Browse our artisan food shop and Arts and Antiques Barn for unique Ohio made gifts. Visit us in Sunbury on State Route 605, twenty minutes north of Columbus, and take a walk on the farm. Join us in the Cannery kitchen for a class on modern homesteading practices, including home preserving, soap making, cooking with herbs, and up-cycled functional art. Wander through our restored barns full of Ohio-made art and antiques. Walk around the gardens while learning about sustainable agriculture practices or relax by the glass bottle mosaic wall and enjoy the pond and permaculture. All are welcome!
